No fees will be charged for any Boy Scout Troop; Trail Life Group; or any church affiliated group. However, fees will be charged in the event of situations requiring WIWL Chapter members having to expend time and resources in clean-up activities subsequent to any such group leaving the facilities in such condition requiring the same. Also, be it advised that hereinafter, any Scout Group or other Group using the Camp Site shall be responsible for carrying away their garbage to the garbage facilities located between the Chapter House and the Sheds.
A minimum charge of $50.00 will be required from any member wishing to rent the Chapter House for a private meeting, party, or function of any kind except a wedding. An additional refundable fee of $50.00 will be required for clean-up. If the facilities are sufficiently cleaned after such function, then that $50.00 will be refunded to the member.
Weddings: Any current member in good standing will pay a fee of $100.00 to rent any of the WIWL facilities for an occasion. Any person who is a non-member will pay a fee of $300.00 to rent any of the facilities.
Commercial Functions: Any commercial entity wishing to rent WIWL facilities wherein meetings, training sessions, etc. may take place, will pay a flat fee of $500.00.
Non-commercial Functions: Any non-commercial entity, defined by 501(c) status, wishing to rent WIWL facilities for meetings, functions, training sessions which are not, in any way, associated with IWLA activities, will pay a flat fee of $100.00 subject to board approval.
Any group wishing to serve alcohol while renting WIWL facilities will be required to contact the Virginia State Alcohol Beverage Control office and make arrangements for a required license.
In addition to all other requirements, any person or group renting WIWL facilities will provide a certificate of insurance with the rental application, or provide a written statement holding WIWL harmless for costs, or any legal actions arising from said rental.
